Graduates have a broad background in the core of undergraduate mathematics and a firm foundation in professional education coursework, together with a strong general education component.

Students in this program are strongly encouraged to meet, on a regular basis, with advisors from both the Department of Mathematical Sciences and the Department of Teacher Education.
