The undergraduate program in information science will help students to understand how people seek and create electronic information, how to build, design, and evaluate effective information systems, and how people ultimately transform information into useful knowledge. The program offers a chance to focus on one of three industry-centered specializations: information systems, user-centered design, and networks and security.
