• The Counseling and Human Services program at Stevenson University is nationally accredited by the Council for Standards in Human Service EducationIt prepares students for a broad range of careers in helping those in need. Student will learn how a wide variety of individuals and families develop and function, from infants to seniors and across the racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic spectrum. You'll also benefit from the program's interdisciplinary approach, taking courses in law and philosophy, as well as psychology and sociology. In addition, the program offers optional tracks in Addictions Counseling, Administration of Programs for Children, and Human Services Administration. Finally, student'll have the chance to apply what you've learned in real-world settings-field placements are a crucial part of this program.
