In the Real Estate Development program at Jefferson (Philadelphia University and Thomas Jefferson University), you will learn from a faculty of industry experts who provide real-world insight to sustainable practices, legal aspects of land-use, city and regional planning, construction science and management. Collaborative projects, case study analysis, on-site visits, and real-world projects will give you experience in the development process from market analysis and valuation, while building a network of professional contacts.
