- Bradley’s master’s degree in educational administration is a one-year (full-time) to a three-year (part-time) program that meets course requirements for principal licensure through the Illinois State Board of Education.
- Students may enroll in the program after completing two years of classroom experience.
- Students learn organizational and leadership theory, school law, school finance, effective community relations, how to evaluate teachers, and how to be an instructional leader.
- The 36-hour educational administration master’s degree prepares students to be a passionate advocate for children as a school administrator.

Academic Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree considered to be the equivalent of a US bachelor's degree. Some three-year bachelor's degrees are not considered equivalent to a US bachelor's degree.
- In those circumstances, applicants are required to complete a two-year master's equivalent degree in order to be eligible to apply.
- A GPA evaluation of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale in the last 60 hours of undergraduate coursework for unconditional admission.
- A GPA of at least 2.5 may be considered for conditional admission.
