To start, you?ll attend classes in our state-of-the-art classrooms in Kirschman Hall. Our program boasts an advisory board comprised of some of the hospitality and tourism industry?s brightest leaders. We have a cutting-edge food lab facility that includes a production kitchen, dining room, demonstration lab, property management system lab, and an outdoor courtyard. Last, we?ve created a special two-plus-two articulation program with Delgado Community College that allows students in its culinary arts program to graduate with a four-year management degree after two additional years of study at the University of New Orleans.
