Tulane University, Community Health Sciences

The community health sciences concentration is designed for students who are not specifically committed to the Maternal and Chid Health Concentration, the Health Education and Communication Concentration, or the Nutrition Concentration.

The student has flexibility in choosing courses from all of the above-mentioned concentrations, and other courses, as well as being required to take all of the school core courses and the departmental required courses.

This "generalist" community-based program will allow the student to pursue his/her own areas of interest through combinations of course choices, supervised by their advisors.
