The increasing complexity of construction projects due to regulations, laws, risk management, and technological advances are increasing the demand for managers with specialized knowledge in the industry. Through our program, you will learn the expected standards for construction and trades materials, safety, energy efficiency, environmental protection, and mitigating potential litigation. Sophistication in building materials, construction methods, and technologies are needed to repair and expand infrastructure.

This program is offered at the Center locations listed below. Please note, specific Construction and Trades Management (CTM) courses will only be offered at Appleton, Kenosha, and Madison. Students may take all other courses at any Center location.
