• The MDR is offered by USC Gould's comprehensive Judge Judith O. Hollinger Program in Alternative Dispute Resolution on a part-time or full-time basis.
  • The MDR is a 24 unit degree program. No law degree is required for the MDR and they do not need to take the LSAT to apply.
  • In addition to building valuable negotiation, mediation, and arbitration skills as an advocate for a client or as a neutral, they will develop and hone business management skills to optimally position themself for leadership roles in ADR organizations.
  • They will also be taking the same types of classes, in the same buildings, and with the same exceptional faculty as law students at USC Gould.
