• Master of Business Administration in Management - Business Analytics at the University of California Los Angeles is a 27 months fully employed program.
  • It is an on-campus program offered on both a full-time and part-time basis.
  • Students in the FEMBA program choose a schedule, subject to space availability, in one of three class section formats i.e. all day Saturday; bi-weekly on weeknights, and hybrid online and weekend in-person class sessions.
  • The core MBA skillsets in finance, accounting, marketing, analytics, management, and strategy.
  • Students must have a working knowledge of algebra and differential calculus before beginning coursework. Admitted students must have a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications such as Word and Excel.
  • The three required elements of the FEMBA program are:
    • the management core
    • the management field study
    • the management electives.
  • The management core consists of nine courses (34 units) on subjects basic to the practice of management. The student must maintain a 3.0 (B) overall average in the management core courses.
  • The Field Study requirement is the 10-unit, two-term field study project required of all students in the FEMBA program. Students apply what they have learned from both their professional experience and their academic courses in a real-world business environment.
  • The management electives requirement consists of 9 courses (36 units). The FEMBA program offers a variety of electives ranging from finance, marketing, and general management.
  • Students having a CPA certification are eligible to waive out of Mgmt 403: Financial Accounting program.
  • Students have to complete a capstone project in the last year.
  • Students can also participate in on-campus recruiting and work with their own dedicated career services team to fully realize their professional potential.
