• Kennesaw State University's Construction Management Department began offering the Master's in Construction Management (M.S.) degree in 1995. The program is accredited by the American Council of Construction Education (ACCE).

  • Kennesaw’s programs are modeled to reflect the organization of the construction industry by offering concentrations in Land Development, General Contracting, Specialty Construction (Electrical & Mechanical), Heavy Construction, Facilities Management and Residential Construction. This organization not only covers the different facets of the construction industry but also encompasses the entire life cycle of buildings and facilities.

  • Through professional development activities of the Construction Management faculty, Kennesaw ensures that the quality of instruction and related technologies stays current on innovations that continuously reshape the construction industry. All Construction Management tenure-track faculty members publish in peer-reviewed publications and participate in regional, national, and international conferences related to their field of specialization.
