Southeastern's Nursing graduate program is a cooperative venture among the nursing units at Southeastern Louisiana University, McNeese State University, the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, and Nicholl's State University. The consortium structure allows students to enroll in courses at any one of the participating universities and receive credit toward a master's degree. Students in the program study nursing theory, nursing research and issues relative to advanced nursing practice and prepare for roles as nurse practitioners, nurse executives or nurse educators.

At the undergraduate level, we offer a traditional degree program, an accelerated option for students with a prior bachelor's degree, an LPN to RN program and RN to bachelor's degree options. Specialty concentrations are available for advanced practice at the master's level as well as preparation at the highest level of nursing practice with the DNP.
