The 60-credit graduate-level clinical training program prepares students to develop distinct competencies as counseling professionals. Courses include Mental Health Counseling Practice, Clinical Assessment, Trauma, Psychopathology, Family Counseling, Research Ethics and Multicultural Issues. 

You will find an overarching psychodynamic orientation with strong contributions from cognitive, behavioral and other evidence-informed therapies. The goal of the program is to provide a strong evidence-informed clinical knowledge base in psychological and counseling theory, research and clinical interventions in preparation for independent practice.
