While all bachelor programs require a minimum of 128 credits and a 2.00 cumulative GPA, the NJ Department of Education requires a 3.0 cumulative GPA to be certified. Students in this concentration must complete a HIST major with accompanying EDUC courses as shown. HIST requires proficiency in a foreign language through the Intermediate II level. For details, consult the HIST Program. A grade of “C” or better is required in all content courses and a B- or better in professional requirement and education courses
