In the chemistry program at Sacred Heart, students will:
- Benefit from small class sizes and personalized instruction from accomplished faculty
- Have access to six state-of-the-art teaching labs and four research labs
- Be prepared to continue the studies in the fields of medicine, dentistry, and other health-related professions
- Have the opportunity to complete an internship
- Be able to join the national award-winning Sacred Heart Student Affiliate American Chemical Society Club (SHUSAACS) which promotes Chemistry to the community
- Have the opportunity to participate in research projects alongside faculty members
- Be able to present the research at the National American Chemical Society conference and network with over 10,000 chemistry professionals
