The Master of Science in (MPM) degree program provides students with the technical and operational skills necessary to excel in leadership positions as project managers. Graduates will be well-versed in decision making processes, ethics, communication, globalization, and analytical frameworks.

Courses in the MPM program emphasize project progressive elaboration strategies as well as application theory used to monitor and control project scope, costs, risks, schedules, quality, human resources, communications, procurement, and contracts with the ultimate goal of achieving project objectives in terms of on-time deliverables and within budget.
