Following are the required documents:

• Resume/CV - This provides a summary of a student's experience and skills.
• Unofficial Transcripts –  As part of the application submission process, all applicants are required to upload unofficial copies of all post-secondary transcripts to the online application. Official transcripts are only required if accepted by the academic program.
• One Letter of Recommendation - Students should upload LOR in Slate by the recommenders. Letters must come from a school e-mail address, not personal accounts (like yahoo, Gmail, etc).
• Statement of Objectives - One-page letter telling about themselves and the area students will study if accepted (uploaded in Slate).
• English Language Requirement - This shows the test score of English Proficiency Exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE, etc.
