Our program is focused on improving processes, controlling output, implementing quality systems, and managing the supply chain. The Operations Management program includes studies in management foundations, production systems and control,  plant management, labor relations and supervision, productivity analysis (lean applications), cost control, and materials planning.

Our OM program has been designed to meet regional industry needs and is supported by an active Industry Advisory Council.
