The concentrations include specialized coursework and an advanced field placement.
If work or family commitments make it difficult to pursue full time study, our Three- & Four-Year Programs allow you to pursue your degree at a more flexible pace.
If you want to combine social work with a career in law, business, or theology and ministry, you can earn a dual degree.
If you have a BSW degree or MSW course credits, you may be eligible to apply as an advanced standing or transfer student.
Boston College School of Social Work offers a Latino Leadership Initiative program that bolsters students' cultural and linguistic competencies to work with Latino communities in the U.S. and abroad. Selected courses are taught in Spanish.
