Because of the interdisciplinary nature of this Political Science at Suffolk University, you can tailor your studies to align with your interests and goals. Interested in working internationally? You can choose classes on human rights or international economics. Want to attend law school? You can take classes on the American legal system or the philosophy of law. In a capstone course during your senior year, you’ll bring together everything you have learned at a sophisticated level and apply it to current social problems.

The integrated approach of the Politics, Philosophy, & Economics major will equip you for a wide variety of careers in public policy and public service; government, political organizations, and think tanks; business and consulting; and nonprofits and non-governmental organizations. This program is also excellent preparation for law school or graduate study in politics, philosophy, or economics.
