VISA
The students who wish to study in the USA at the University of California Berkeley require L1 and H1B. Because the Berkeley MBA for Executives Program is a part-time program, universities are unable to assist with student visas. Typically, the students work with their employers to assist with a visa. The common visa types that students use are L1 and H1B. University can not issue an F-1 student visa for this program.
Work-Study
The Work-Study Program encourages students to seek part-time employment while they are enrolled in school. The program provides students access to work with the schedule flexibility they need so they can have a healthy balance between school commitments and their work obligations.

- The wages range can be from minimum wage to upwards of $20-plus/hour
- F-1 students with UC Berkeley-issued I-20s may work on-campus without any extra authorization while they are fully-enrolled students with valid, unexpired I-20s.
- J-1 students must obtain written approval from their program sponsor (BIO) before beginning any type of on-campus employment.
