When you graduate with a degree in physical education from SNU, you will have the preparation to become fully certified to teach health and physical education in pre-k through 12 grade in the state of Oklahoma.
The Program
The objective of this program is to enable the student to acquire an essential knowledge base, skills, and a philosophical foundation for how to make successful and professional decisions that are required for teachers/coaches in public and private schools. Courses required for this major are congruent with Oklahoma state competencies and National Association for Sport and Physical Education professional recommendations.
