Marymount?s Master of Science in Leadership and Management is designed to help practicing managers develop their skill set in order to be more effective. Both the classroom and the workplace become laboratories, as faculty members strive to intersect theory and application on a consistent basis. The program?s curriculum enhances a student?s capabilities in leadership, innovation, communication, teamwork, and strategic thinking ? all of which are essential for an organization?s success and a manager?s advancement.
Students in the M.S. in Leadership and Management program have the option to choose from three tracks:
- Leadership ? focusing on the development of individuals and teams as well as ethical and global challenges in organizations
- Organization Development and Change ? focusing on the foundation, purpose, and methods of planned change in organizations
- Project Management ? an increasingly recognized discipline focusing on the effective management of resources
