The ECE program comprises two areas of study: liberal arts, math, science and engineering coursework; and studies in electrical engineering and computer engineering. Graduates will have a solid foundation in mathematics, physical sciences, humanities and social sciences and the fundamentals of engineering design and analysis; the technical knowledge and critical thinking skills required for the professional practice of electrical and computer engineering, and for seeking advanced degrees; and the development of communication skills, teamwork, lifelong learning, and understanding of professional, ethical and social responsibility within a global context.
