This degree program at The College of Saint Rose is strictly focused on cybersecurity, with a strong foundation in computer science, criminal justice, and business.
The program consists of small class sizes are no more than 20 students in each course, creating the ideal way to learn the necessary skills.
Program strengths students to develop those “soft skills” that are highly sought after in the business and technology worlds. Meaning, students will leave knowing how to communicate their ideas, work well in a team, and operate in diverse office settings.
Through an inter-disciplinary curriculum, students will graduate with a broad range of knowledge and skills, which will prepare them for a variety of positions in cybersecurity. Students will also be prepared to attend graduate programs in their field.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

Applicants should have a minimum academic index of 2.25 in the major, 2.00 in each course in the major/minor (and all mathematics courses required by the major), and a 2.25 cumulative GPA.
Students seeking a certificate must earn a minimum of 2.00 in each course.
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.

International aspirants applying to the College of Saint Rose are required to obtain a valid visa as well as a passport to study in the USA from the closest American Embassy or Consulate in their country.

International applicants who have completed all admission requirements will be provided with the Form I-20 required to get a study visa for the US. Thereafter, they will be required to make the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) fee payment. The documents required for the visa are as compiled below:
