The master’s in the atmospheric science program focus on research, students will study with faculty specializing in atmospheric dynamics, physics, chemistry, or climate science.
Through coursework, students will develop a broad knowledge of the physical processes that govern the atmosphere and oceans.
With guided research, students will specialize in synoptic, tropical, and mesoscale meteorology (extreme weather), atmospheric chemistry and physics (active gases and particles), or climate and environmental systems (climate prediction), culminating in their master’s thesis.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must successfully complete 75% of the total credits. Students have four semesters to achieve the 75% standard.
Students must achieve and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.

Indian Students Eligibility:

Students should submit required official and complete individual mark skeets for each examination attempt, including subsidiary exams.
Photocopies of student's mark sheets are accepted only when they are attested by the University Registrar or Controller of Examinations and placed in a sealed, stamped envelope that is sent directly to the Graduate School.

Score sheet of standardized exams like IELTS (6.5 or equivalent), TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, etc.
Proof that the candidate will leave the country once the program is completed. A return air ticket to the home country can be evidence of this kind.
