The program has the advantage of this 30-credit MA studio art program with the ability to complete all requirements in only one year.
During this time, students can work to develop an impressive portfolio that they can use to apply for an MFA or other competitive residency program or use the excellent training from this program to seek teaching credentials to become a K-12 educator.
This interdisciplinary program offers various seminars and practical studio work assignments across various styles, including Painting and Drawing, Printmaking, Sculpture and Installation and Photography, and Related Media.
The Studio Art program provides 24-hour access to private and semi-private studios, well-equipped common work areas, and state-of-the-art production facilities.
At the end of the program, students will have the opportunity to share their thesis in the Boor Sculpture Studio with a reception that is open to the public.

Academic Eligibility:

Students must successfully complete 75% of the total credits. Students have four semesters to achieve the 75% standard.
Students must achieve and maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE scores.
The Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or GMAT results are not required.

Indian Students Eligibility:

Students should submit required official and complete individual mark skeets for each examination attempt, including subsidiary exams.
Photocopies of student's mark sheets are accepted only when they are attested by the University Registrar or Controller of Examinations and placed in a sealed, stamped envelope that is sent directly to the Graduate School.

Applicants are required to submit the following documents:

International applicants are required to apply for an F-1 or J-1 student Visa. As per the application process of universities in the USA, a student needs to have the following basic documents to procure a US student visa.

A valid passport that has a validity of a minimum of 6 months after students stay in the country
Form DS-160 (Nonimmigrant visa application confirmation page)
Application fee payment Receipt
Form I-20 if applying for a Student visa (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status)
Receipt Number on Petition filed by U.S employer (I-129 form) if applying for a work visa.
Original Marks Sheet or Provisional certificates.
Evidence of sufficient funds in the bank account to ensure you can survive the duration of course in the USA.
Score sheet of standardized exams like IELTS (6.5 or equivalent), TOEFL, GMAT, GRE, etc.
Proof that the candidate will leave the country once the program is completed. A return air ticket to the home country can be evidence of this kind.
