An applicant who has obtained a Bachelor degree in any stream with minimum 45% of the total marks in case of general category, 42% of the total marks in case of OBC and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST from a university or an equivalent institution recognized as deemed to be University or from a foreign University declared as equivalent to an Indian Degree by a competent authority.
