• The Candidate should be an Indian National
• Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of persons with disability) from any of the following categories of institutions —
  1. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved institutions
  2. University Grants Commission (UGC) approved Universities
  3. Central Government approved institutions
  4. State Government approved institutions
  5. University recognized by All India Council of Universities
• Obtained non-zero positive score in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE 2023,2022,2021) conducted by Indian Institute of Technology; OR

  Obtained Positive Score in appropriate PERA CET examination conducted 2023 for M Tech

  OR

  Obtained Positive Score in appropriate CUET 2023 examination conducted for M Tech

  OR

  For sponsored candidates, a minimum of two years of full-time work experience in a registered firm/ company/industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought.

For NRI/ PIO (OCI)/FN/ CIWGC in M Tech Programs in Engineering

• The Candidate should be NRI/ PIO (OCI)/ FN / CIWGC or NRI sponsored (by parent, spouse, or the first blood relative)
• Passed Bachelor Degree in the relevant field of Engineering and Technology with at least 50% marks (at least 45% marks in case of persons with disability) from any of the following categories of institutions —
  1. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved institutions
  2. University Grants Commission (UGC) approved Universities
  3. Central Government approved institutions
  4. State Government approved institutions
