It really does not matter which institute you do your medical graduation from until and unless you become an international medical graduate. The worth mostly depends on the students more than anything else. AIIMS Nagpur is being run from their temporary campus, shifting to the main campus will take some time. AIIMS as a brand is really popular thus depending on its popularity you could take admission in this institution.
