Eligibility Criteria

Aspirants seeking admission to 3 years Full-time B.Sc Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Academic Requirement:

Candidate must have passed H.S.C. or equivalent (Science Stream) Examination from a recognized Board securing a minimum of 45% marks in the aggregate in these subjects (40% for SC/ST/OBC non-creamy layer/PD).

Eligibility Criteria

12th passed and scored a minimum 45% mark in aggregate of all the subjects ( 40% for ST/SC/OBC/PD/EWS)
Students with 12th or equivalent from International Schools, affiliated to foreign education like IGSCE and IB can apply, and submit equivalence certificates of Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi.

Selection Criteria

55% and above marks scored students get direct admission on the first cum first basis.
From 50 to 55% marks scored students, merit list will be created on the basis of marks obtained as aggregate.
Students scoring 45% to 50% have to sit for an entrance test conducted by the University. Merit List will b prepared on the basis of :
- 60% weightage -12th marks
- 40% weightage – entrance test result.

Note: GSFC also offers an integrated course of Bachelors and Masters in Science for 5 years. Students who have passed 12th with science subjects such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Zoology, IT, or others can apply to this course with having at least secured 50% in aggregate in 12th.
