Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Engineering / Technology ( Civil / Construction Engineering) Masters Degree in allied Fields like Geography, Sociology and Economics, etc.

Minimum Percentage required in the qualifying examination is 55.00 % (CGPA - 5.50 on the scale of 10) and above. ( 5 % relaxation for reserved category candidates)

Candidates with a valid GATE score will be preferred.

Non-Gate Candidates will be admitted through PERA-CET (Preeminent Education and Research Association’s Common Entrance Test).
