Course Details

CSJMU LLM admission 2023 is open now. The last date for registration is June 06, 2023. Candidates seeking admission can apply online on the official website of the university. In order to be eligible for the course, Candidates must have completed an LLB course with at least 50% marks. Admission to LLM will be granted on the basis of scores obtained in the entrance exam conducted by the university. The entrance exam will be held on June 10, 2023. Check CSJMU Admission 2023

LLM at CSJMU is a 2 years course which is available in offline mode. The total fees for LLM at CSJM is INR 20,000. The institute also offers financial assistance in the form of scholarships to meritorious students.

CSJMU LLM Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have completed an LLB course with at least 50% marks from a recognised university or institute.

CSJMU LLM Admission Criteria

Interested candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to fill the application form for the LLM program on the official website of the University. The applications are available online. Candidates will also have to appear for the entrance exam conducted by the university.

CSJMU Application Process

Visit the official website of CSJM University.
Click on online admissions and open the registration page.
Fill the necessary details and register yourself.
Click on the application form and enter your details like name, educational qualifications, contact number, email address, date of birth residential address etc.
Fill the form carefully in order to avoid errors.
Upload all the necessary documents like scanned photograph, signature etc.
Submit the form.

Make the payment of the application form through internet banking, debit card, credit card as per your choice.
Download the form and take printout of the same for future reference.

CSJMU LLM Course Details

The LLM programme at CSJM has 4 semesters.
First semester has 4 papers of 100 marks each (30 marks internal and 70 marks external) which are compulsory.
Second semester has 4 papers of 100 marks each (30 marks internal and 70 marks external) which are compulsory.
Third semester provides optional group papers and the student can choose any one which also has 4 papers of 100 marks each (30 marks internal and 70 marks external).
Fourth semester provides optional group papers and the student can choose any one which also has 4 papers of 100 marks each (30 marks internal and 70 marks external).

Ans: The students do not have to worry as they can download it again by visiting the official website and login in with the credentials. Then the candidate must take a printout of the same.

Ans. Yes, CSJMU offers financial assistance to students coming from the economically weaker section of society. However, there are certain criteria that should be fulfilled:

Students should be enrolled in the academic departments or institutes on CSJMU campus in the ongoing academic session.
Students should belong to the lower income group of the society.
A minimum of 60% marks is required from the students or a CPI holder in the first attempt during the previous exam.
Parent’s income certificate from the Tehsildar/Magistrate should be provided by the students.

Here are some of the information given by a pass out student from CSJM University : The fee structure is not higher than other private colleges as it is a government college and comes under state government universities. Admission is given on the basis of the State Entrance Examination conducted by AKTU. If you are looking for campus placement opportunities, then you should not join this university. It would be better to look for other career options after doing B.Tech from CSJM. You have to put more effort into yourself to secure a future. However, the faculty is supportive but they lack proper resources. After graduation, you can prepare further for GATE and with a good percentile, join an MNC.

Easy notes offer important questions and examination patterns but it would be advised to not rely on the answers or solutions given there. The answers are quite disappointing and irrelevant. You should rather prefer the general textbooks. However, if the exams are near, you cannot read the textbooks due to time constraints, in this case, you can go for easy notes. They can help you with 25% of your preparation. Select the important topics and look out for the video lectures on Youtube. It would be advised to buy and follow textbooks especially for Mathematics as the easy notes are not enough.

You should choose the branch as per your choice and interest. It would be advised to not choose CSE just because it is the highest-paid. Secondly, if you are pursuing CSE, you will need a laptop with a good internet connection. You cannot always be dependent on labs. You can also join online courses offered by CODING BLOCK, CODING NINJAS, EDx, MIT, and many other MOOCs to get good at programming. It is not necessary to always look for a brand tag if you really believe in yourself especially when you are studying CSE. Placement opportunities are available in reputed companies such as Google, Amazon, and many more by your skills in the definite field.

You should not join CSJM University for BCA as it will be very hard to maintain your academic score at 60% in this university. This also has exceptions if you have good relations with the university employees for any known reason. One of my friends is pursuing her BCA in Axis college Kanpur and her percentage is around 50% and it is quite hard to get any job without keeping to 60% in academics. It would be recommended to go to some other university. BCA from any recognized university will have some value, thus it is important to choose any college or university wisely.

Check the fee structure and see if it fits your budget. For CSJM, the course fee for MBA is 48,000. It is determined by the degree you intend to pursue and your objectives in that regard. Both colleges are well-known in their respective fields, and your choice will be depending on your requirements. Though, if you want to acquire a degree as a regular student, I would recommend Lucknow University, and if you want to get a correspondence degree, I would recommend CSJM University. Lucknow University has made 75 percent attendance mandatory for UG degrees, which is a wonderful step, but it has also proven to be a bane for working students. So, if you are working, I recommend Kanpur University, otherwise, go for Lucknow University. It also offers decent placement opportunities. The average CTC offered at the institute is 4 LPA. Lucknow University, while not the finest, but definitely superior to CSJM University.

Laxmikant - Indian Polity or Gauba J.C Lahiri, B.L Fadia - Public Administration World Constitution - Vidya Bhushan Political Thought - Asraf Ali U.R Ghai - International Relations These books are necessary for B.A Political Science. Here are some other factors that can help you get a gold medal. Conceptual clarity. Real-world examples should be provided to back up your answer. Finish the whole syllabus. Read simple language books. Avoid using guides. Every day is a challenge. Having good handwriting also helps.

I have a few friends from CSJM and according to them, it is not a good option for BCA. There is no scope for improvement or expansion. You should think about the best option for your future security and worth. The CSJM placement cell does not put enough effort to offer placements for the students. The placement records are not that good. The average CTC offered is around 3 LPA. Rather than focusing on studies, the administration only required 75% attendance. The only advantage CSJM offers is the library.

CSJM University Kanpur conducts a separate entrance examination for M.Sc Biotechnology. The admissions are based on the merit list prepared based on the examination. As for placements, there are little to no placement opportunities for Biotechnology in India. It is a research-based subject. So, most job opportunities are in the R&D sector. But India doesn’t spend much on the R&D budget. That’s why there are not many Biotechnology companies. So, the placement for M.Sc Biotechnology at CSJM University, Kanpur is not good.
