Candidates who wish to apply to the Centurion University may do so through online or offline mode. The process to be followed for completing the application is as follows.

For online mode:

• Go to the official university website (https://www.cutm.ac.in/)
• Click on the ‘Apply now’ tab seen at the top of the page. 
• Enter the required information.
• Once all the details have been duly filled in, click ‘Proceed to payment’.
• Select the payment method – either Demand Draft or Online payment.
• The application fee is INR 600/-. Once the payment has been completed, download the completed application and take a print out.

For offline mode:

• The form must be purchased at the cost of Rs. 600, which can be paid in the form of a demand draft.
• The application form must be submitted alongside a color passport size photo, and the demand draft that is made payable to CSREM TRUST, payable at Bhubaneswar.
• The demand draft must have the name of the candidate, application number, and contact number on the reverse.
• Applications must be sent by post or courier to the Director of Admissions.

Candidate should have passed 10+2 (Physics, Chemistry, Maths) 50% and 5% relaxation for reserved category
