During weekends, most students of Mysore University plan getaways to nearby places like Chamundi Hill, Sri Chamarajendra Zoological Gardens, Devaraja Market, Namdroling Monestry, Somnathpur Temple, etc. Visit Mysore Palace on Sunday evenings. The palace will be illuminated and often there are many activities and cultural activities.
