MDU BALLB admission 2023 is open now. The last date to apply is June 12, 2023. Interested candidates can apply online on the official website of the university – mdu.ac.in. Admissions will be based on an entrance exam followed by counselling conducted by the university. The entrance test for the BALLB program will be held on June 21, 2023. MDU Rohtak BA LLB Eligibility Criteria

Applicants applying for L.L.B (Hons) 3 years must have a bachelor's/master’s degree with an aggregate of 45% (42.75% for SC/ST students of Haryana state only) in any examination recognized by MDU, Rohtak.
Applicants applying for BA L.L.B (Hons) 5 years must have qualified senior secondary (10+2) with a minimum aggregate of 45% (42.75% for SC/ST students of Haryana state only) from the Haryana education board or any other board recognized or equivalent to MDU, Rohtak.

MDU Rohtak BA LLB Admission Guidelines

Admission to B.A. L.L.B at MDU Rohtak is strictly through a merit list drafted on the basis of 10+2 qualifying marks.

Applicants should go thoroughly through the prospectus provided by the University on their official website
Applicants have to click on “admission” available on the official website.
“Online application form” option will be available. Applicants have to click on that to proceed further.
Applicants have to create a user ID and login account for further communication and registration.
Required details have to be filled in the registration form (mobile number, e-mail address, home address, etc.)
A message will be sent to the registered mobile number to confirm registration.
To proceed further in the registration applicants, have to choose the program (applicants may apply to as many subjects as he/she wants). Each program requires INR 200 (INR 50 for SC/ST of Haryana state).
After filling in all the required documents applicants have to verify photos and signatures and upload them.
After completing all the required fields applicants have to pay the fees by clicking “Make payment” for the chosen program. The registration fee amount is INR 1000 for general applicants and SC/ST candidates of another state than Haryana, INR 250 for SC/ST applicants (for SC/ST of Haryana state).
After confirmation of fees, applicants need to download the application form for further references and entrance exams.

MDU Rohtak BA LLB Syllabus

Candidates will have a mark- based system of subject choosing.

Examination system:

The external exam will be the final exam conducted by the University.
The internal assessment of 20 marks in each paper shall be as under:
- Assignment and Presentation 05 Marks
- One Class Test 10 Marks
- Discipline/conduct/Attendance/etc. 05 Marks
The end term examination is of 3 hours.

If you are getting private colleges in both of the universities, then there is no point of comparison as both will be essentially the same. For a good job after your studies, you need to concentrate on the training you will receive between your studies. Also, you will have to practice programming languages very thoroughly. If you can get a percentage of 70% - 75%, then getting a job won’t be a problem in either of the universities. If you want to stay outside to become independent, then sure you can join any college which is a little farther from your home.

MDU Rohtak is an average university. Although there are not many opportunities made available to the students you can turn the tables with your caliber and skills. If you are a mediocre student with good writing skills then MDU would be the best fit for you. The students tend to write gibberish in the examination halls and yet pass their exams in the first attempt. Assuming that you are an average student, scoring good marks in your exams would not be much of a challenge. If you are pursuing the course only for procuring a degree then UIET MDU would be a good decision. Your college life here would be quite challenging as you would have to fight for the bare minimum. For lab keys, placement opportunities, better grades and such are a part of this fight. Otherwise, your passion for the course would be well catered at MDU Rohtak. Make a decision you do not regret later.

MDU Rohtak is an excellent state university in Rohtak, Haryana, India. It is recognized as an ‘A’ grade university by NAAC. Earlier IIM Rohtak was within the campus of MDU but has been shifted to another place quite recently. The university offers tremendous courses in various fields of study at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctorate levels. Apart from offering such advanced courses in the collegiate university it also provides programs through colleges, centers and institutes throughout the region. The infrastructure of this institute is considered as one of the best in India. The library is enormous with new and updated books and 24x7 reading facilities. The faculty is decent but has the scope of improving.

Only these two are amongst the other 62 universities in India from Harayana, who have autonomy because of their high standards of excellence. Kurukshetra University was ranked A+ Grade by NAAC and ranked 8th among state universities in India. MDU, on the other hand, has a great infrastructure with new records in sports every year. The university has a comparatively low fee structure and a safe environment for girls. However, in terms of placements and faculty, MDU is still lacking behind. You should go to Kurukshetra University as it will offer great exposure along with academics.
