My brother recently graduated from Chaudhary Devi Lal University. Here is his review in brief.

The overall infrastructure of the university is average at best. The library and auditorium facilities are quite good.
The faculties are well experienced. Some of the faculties are exceptionally good.
You will get basic amenities on campus. There is also a shopping complex inside the university campus.

Although CDLU ranks below many of the universities in Haryana such as KUK, GJU, etc, it is a decent option to pursue UG courses.
