Ques

How good is the Central University of Haryana?

● Top Answer By Siddharth Kumar on 21 Dec 21

Ans
Central University Of Haryana (CUHAR) is situated in Mahendragarh district. It is one of the youngest universities in the NCR region and Haryana district. According to the reviews online, students often have doubts regarding the institution, this might be due to its newer establishment and matching up to the other institutions. You can surely take admission in CUHAR because the quality of education is really good. They have a proper and well-maintained infrastructure. They also have a very cooperative and highly experienced faculty. Some other facilities include gym, digital library, hostels, food joints and much more. Students sometimes have a problem with their college ranking in NIRF. But it can be assured that it is building and growing to match the level of its peers. Atlast, all it can be said is that it is a very good institution who is working its way to be the best version of itself. Thus observing their rapid improvement it can be said that studying here will not be a bad choice.

Ques

How are the Hostels at Central University of Haryana?

● Top Answer By Kunal Mohan on 21 Dec 21

Ans
Hostels at Central University of Haryana (CUHAR) are in very good condition and are often compared to the ones provided by the NITs. There are 4 hostels with well-maintained rooms. The occupancy of each room is 3 students. There are no air conditioning facilities, so in summers it becomes difficult. The hostel rules are strict and sometimes cause problems for the students. They have a strict curfew which is to be followed.  The hostel mess is mediocre and also very expensive. But it is being improved due to the students' complaints and hopefully will not be disappointing after that.

How is the Central University of Haryana for a B.Tech in engineering via the CUCET?

● Top Answer By Shantanu Yadav on 21 Dec 21

Ans
According to CUCET if you got around 35 marks out of 100 you can get any branch in Central University of Haryana for B.Tech. It is suggested that you opt for computer science engineering or printing and packaging engineering. They are considered to be better than the others. Categories CUHAR Course Fee INR 5.26 lakh Placement Percentage 60% Highest CTC 6 LPA Average CTC 3 LPA Recruiting Companies HCL, Wipro, Amazon and TCS. According to the examination level, anybody can easily score 35 marks in CUCET. Overall the infrastructure is really good but the faculty is not up to the mark. The lab facilities lack some equipment. The hostels and connectivity are also average. So, you can look for other more experienced institutions or join only if you are interested in CSE.

Ques

How much mark is required to get a seat at the University of Central Punjab and University of Rajasthan in M.Sc physics for CUCET 2018?

● Top Answer By Deepika Chauhan on 21 Dec 21

Ans
It cannot be exactly said how much marks you need to get admission in Central University of Punjab (CUPB) or Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ).  You should at least have a score of 50% marks if you are from the Unreserved category. It is not that difficult.  The paper contains two sections in which the first section contains 25% questions for general awareness and the second section contains subject matter with 75% weightage.  Almost every year some seats always stay vacant in CUP-B so try scoring more than 45% to secure a seat in this institution.

Which university is better for an MSc in physics, Central University of Haryana or Himachal Pradesh?

● Top Answer By Trishita Mitra on 28 Dec 21

Ans
Central University of Haryana is better than Central University of Himachal Pradesh. Here are the pros and cons of joining Central University of Haryana.  Pros:  It has a residential campus with hostel accommodation. The campus has high-speed wifi connection, including the hostels. Faculty for PG courses are quite good as compared to Central University of Himachal Pradesh.  The lab facilities offered are adequate. The location of the university is convenient as it is well-connected to Delhi via trains and buses. Cons:  The administration is not that cooperative. Since the selection procedure is not that difficult, the student crowd is not very competitive. Food offered at the hostels is not good. The transport facilities are also not that good. This should give a brief idea about Central University of Haryana.

Ques

Which university is good for PG courses, CUSB or CUH?

● Top Answer By Anamika Ghosh on 23 Dec 21

Ans
Among the above mentioned institutes, it is recommended that you go for CUSB (Central University of South Bihar) rather than CUH (Central University of Haryana). Here are some reasons to choose CUSB: CUSB has a huge and very well maintained campus. It is appropriate for an educational institution.  The placement here is really good. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, L&T, TCS and Cognizant take part in their placement program. Tech Mahindra and TCS offer mass recruitments.  The infrastructure is world class. They have a central library with lots of study materials including e-books. The mess facilities are moderate. The food is affordable but does not offer many variations.  The seniors are very helpful. They organize many cultural and technical events, where you also get the opportunity to take part in. The faculty here is highly experienced and cooperative. CUSB also provides hostel facilities, with separate hostels for boys and girls. They have a computer lab, a bioinformatics lab and a media lab. They provide a sports complex, auditorium, gym, medical facilities and also shuttle service. Thus choosing CUSB for your PG courses will definitely prove to be good.
