Candidates seeking admission to Master’s Degree in Rural Studies (M.R.S.) should have obtained 50% of the Bachelor’s Degree. The Candidate should have also offered English as one of the subjects at least, during one of the three years of their graduate study. This regulation will not be applicable to candidates who have studied in English Medium. Candidates seeking admission to M.R.S. Course must appear at the entrance test held by the Department of Rural Studies and personal interview before a selection committee. However, if the numbers of eligible candidates are less than 90, the assessment of the students will be done through Personal Interview only.
