The admission for PG and the Ph. D courses are done through GSAUCA. Admission for the B. Tech., M. Tech. and Ph.D. is done through a common admission procedure of all the State Agricultural Universities of Gujarat.

To apply for admission to the program the candidates must visit the official website of the respective exam conductin authority.

Aside from the B.Tech. the program, the institute also offers B.Sc. under two specializations and a B.V.Sc. and A.H.

B.Sc. - Minimum 40% marks score in Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSCE) (10+2 System) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Group-B-PCM)

B.V.Sc. & A.H. - Minimum 50% marks score in Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSCE) (10+2 System) with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (Group-B-PCM)

Selection Criteria

Admission to the program will be granted on the basis of GUJCET.

Note: Minimum 50% marks is required for applicants of B.V.Sc & A.H. for the General category and 47.50% for SC/ST category applicants. The duration of the course is 5 years and six months.
