Course Description

Goa University MBA Admission 2023 is going to began soon. Admission to the program is based on ATMA Entrance Exam, Group discussion, and personal interview. The ATMA 2023 (February session) exam is going to be conducted on February 25, 2023. The Last Date to register is February 18, 2023.

Goa University, North Goa offers a two-year Master of Business Administration for the candidates interested in having a career in Financial Services and Corporate Finance. This program is crafted for the students who want their career in Investment and Financial Advisory, Research Analysts, and other professions in Financial Services.

Applicants must be eligible with

A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute.
An acceptable score in the ATMA Entrance Exam was conducted by AIMS (Association of Indian Management Schools)

Selection criteria for the MBA program involve Exceptional Academic Performance, ATMA Score, Group discussion, and Personal Interview.

How to Apply?

Check out the official website of the institute.
Press the tab “Apply Online”.
Fill the application form.
Upload the scanned copies of required documents.
Pay the application fee of INR 600 (For SC/ST – INR 300 and Person with Disability – No fee) through the online payment (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).

Admit cards will be available for those who completed their application process on or before the deadline. Admit cards will contain information regarding the entrance exam.

The candidates who got a credible score in the entrance exam will be called for a Group discussion and Personal Interview.

Based on their performance, the management will announce the final list of candidates on their official website.

You will find an option to apply for transcripts and other certificates under the Academic Matters option. Fill in the application form with the required details. They make sure to keep you updated with all the latest technology. They know what they are teaching and have in-depth knowledge of their specialised courses. But do not leave it all to them because there has to be efforts from your side too. It is always about give and take, it has to be both ways. As for the placement, certainly, some good companies and IT MNCs come for the recruitment and if you have it in you, then you can crack the interview as well. You will have to make sure to keep your result up to a level and appear for the interviews. It is not easy but if you set your mind to it, then it is possible. One of my friends studied at Goa University. According to him, it has a very small campus when compared to other colleges of the same category. But well, it has so much more to offer than the area of campus. There are a number of different programs offered for you to do your graduation in. The management is very reliable and the admin team makes it run better than the other colleges. The faculty is very supportive and you get good placements coming to the university. Even though people feel that there is not much exposure at Goa University, it is not true. There have been many students who would prove that they have grabbed some very good opportunities by passing out from Goa University. The aggregate of your last 4 semesters is considered and an aggregate percentage is calculated as - {(5+6)/2 +7+8)}/03 Next, you need to be at the top among all the colleges that come under Goa University- GCE, PCCE, DBCE, RIET, AITD and not just the one where you study. If you top among all the branches of these colleges, then you will be presented awards at the convocation. Although not all the toppers get a gold medal, so you need to check with your department if they have it or not. It is up to you and not just about getting the gold medal. It is about gaining knowledge, your growth, and making sure that you plan your career and get a job of your interest.
