Course Details

Delhi University MCA admission 2024 is ongoing. The university has announced “Spot Admission Round I” for PG courses for the academic session 2024-25. The last date to apply for the “Spot Admission Round 1” is July 24, 2024. The allocation of Spot Admission Round 1 PG courses will be declared on July 26. Seats can be accepted from July 26 to 28 and the last date to complete admission formalities is July 30, 2024.

DU MCA Eligibility Criteria

In order to be eligible for MCA admission at Delhi University, candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

The applicant must have secured an aggregate of 60% or a relevant CGPA in school examinations. The university has relief in annual examination for special category candidates.
Candidate needs to have an undergraduate degree with Mathematical Science as a compulsory subject in examinations either from Delhi university or any other recognized university.

DU MCA Admission Process

Candidates seeking admission to the MCA program at Delhi University are required to appear for the Common University Entrance Test (CUET PG), conducted by NTA. Candidates who clear the entrance examination will be required to register on Delhi University’s admission portal. Provisional seat allotment will be done through the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS PG) portal by Delhi University where candidates will be required to fill in college and department preferences. For the final selection, a merit list will be released by Delhi University based on CUET PG scores, college and department preferences, availability of seats, reservation criteria, academic qualifications, and other factors.

An application fee of INR 700 and INR 300 is charged from the general category students and reserved category students respectively.
