Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have Passed Diplomaexamination with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) in appropriate branch of Engineering and Technology.
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST category) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
Provided that the students belonging to B.Sc.Stream shall clear the subjects Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the First Year Engineering Programme along with the Second year subjects.
Provided that the students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream

Which university is better for an MBA, Kaziranga University or Tezpur University?

Tezpur University is a central University, whereas Kaziranga University is private. So the quality of education is better at TU. Also, the placement trends of the university have been quite good over the years. In the recent placement drive, the average CTC offered at the university was 3 LPA. So, for an MBA it is definitely the better option.

But when it comes to MBA, IIMs are the best choice. It’s better not to choose Govt. or private college for a professional degree like MBA.
