• This course will provide students with the tools for a variety of financial positions in a range of organizations, from blue-chip companies to not-for-profit groups.
  • Students will develop an understanding of how the economic environment affects firm performance and behavior, and vice versa. Furthermore, they will look at how decisions taken by governments and policymakers affect financial markets, and how global events can have an impact on economies and individual organizations.
  • Students will gain an insight into the workings of financial markets, investments, and corporate finance. We will also examine the various products and services offered by firms within the financial sector. They will learn how to price these products and services and how demand volatility (uncertainty) can impact on pricing.
