• During the studies students will apply the same tools and techniques used by the construction industry and learn the most up-to-date procurement routes to gain the skills to be able to deal with risks arising from liabilities of contracting parties.
  • The program will help students demonstrate a good understanding of Building Information Management (BIM), and students will employ advanced design techniques coupled with knowledge of project management at both a technical and strategic level to produce high-quality designs that meet the industry’s environmental requirements.
  • Graduates will be equipped with the necessary skills to rethink design processes using value management principles. The course also places great emphasis on sustainable design, and students will use the internationally recognised environmental and sustainability assessment methods BREEAM and LEED for planning projects, buildings and infrastructure.
  • Available in part-time as well.
