Canterbury Christ Church University was founded as a teaching college over 50 years ago. By joining this course applicants will be taking part in one of Canterbury's flagship degrees through which they’ll support applicants in achieving qualified teacher status.
BA in Primary Education is designed to equip applicants with not only the knowledge, but the practical skills to become generalist classroom teachers.
They’ll learn about every aspect of teaching including child development and behavior, the curriculum, planning and assessment, and much more.

Academic Qualifications

Applicants must have 112 UCAS points or equivalent.
They will need to be assessed as fit to teach, including occupational health and Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
They will need GCSE English language, mathematics, and science at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent).

Indian Students Eligibility:

Students require successful completion of standard 12th with a 60% average and one further year of study.

English Proficiency:

Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS Scores overall score of 6.0 with no element below 5.5.
