Become a mental health nurse, a crucial role in supporting people who are experiencing or recovering from a range of mental health problems.
As a mental health nurse, each day brings new challenges and experiences. This course will help applicants to develop the skills they need to make a difference to the lives of people in mental distress and offer eligibility for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
As part of their studies, they'll undertake practice placements and apply their learning in a variety of settings including hospitals, care homes and in the community.
Each of the modules has a theme such as the recognition, assessment, care planning and interventions for mental illnesses.

Academic Qualifications

Students must hold GCSE English language and mathematics grades A-C / 4-9 or equivalent. Functional Skills level 2 accepted.

Indian Students Eligibility:

Students require successful completion of standard 12th with a 60% average and one further year of study.

Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS Scores overall score of 6.0 with no element below 5.5.
