- The MSc Nursing aims to develop students as a Registered Nurse (RN) to be a flexible and adaptable practitioner, enabling them to engage in new ways of working in relation to health care priorities, and lead and develop practice to ensure patient safeguarding.
- Students will develop a range of core nursing qualities such as caring, compassion, higher-level understanding and managing the complexities of nursing work within a constantly evolving health environment.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- A recognised nursing qualification with current Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration to practice or with the equivalent if from overseas.
- A first degree (2.2) in a nursing or related subject area. Students who do not have a first degree, but have successfully completed Level 6 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) modules, or who can provide evidence of their ability to pursue successfully the PGCert or MSc may be considered eg completion of an approved preparation course for level 7 study.
