- Criminology and Criminal Justice is the study of what crime is, why people commit crime and what happens when they do.
- During the degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Wolverhampton, they will study all the main areas of the subject – including the police, prisons and theories of crime - and have the opportunity to choose cutting edge research-focused specialist modules that particularly interest them, for example, serious and organised crime, prostitution, terrorism, victimology or youth justice.
- Students will be taught by lecturers who are actively researching in their fields together with those working in the criminal justice system (such as the police and magistrates), and have opportunities to go on relevant trips in the UK and abroad, including prisons and courts.
