• The content of this course reflects the demands of contemporary interior design practice. In this course, Chester forefront the practice of design through concept development, prototypes, presentations, specialist software skills, and hands-on experience with materials.
  • Year 1 introduces methods, materials, and technologies that are exploited to create contemporary interior spaces. Students will explore the principles of design concepts and development.
  • Year 2 aims to help them develop a more professional approach to practice. They may also have the opportunity to undertake an experiential learning placement.
  • Year 3 will enable students to develop their work in line with their career expectations. Students may undertake an academic dissertation or focus on professional practice.
